Tones was a great hotel in a great location with plenty of space in the rooms Including the bed! Lovely staff, great facilities and good breakfast. Not something we went looking for as such but when trying to find somewhere to hang our slightly damp clothes from being in the dryer we had noticed a few areas were a bit dusty - but we were happy to give it a wipe over ☺️

Had a nice stay at TONES Osaka. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I liked the simple, minimalistic design of the hotel. Breakfast was quite basic, with bread and pastries, but nice for a quick start to the day.
The bathtub was a real bonus after a long day of walking around Osaka!
The only thing I wasn’t too comfortable with was the bed, which was quite firm, and the pillow was a little too soft for my liking. Just a personal preference, though.
Overall, a pleasant stay with lovely staff and a nice, simple atmosphere.

Loved this hotel! Very comfortable oversized room. The twin superior has a great layout and an amazing bathroom.

We choose this hotel for our group because of it’s new and close to Umeda Station.
We arrived the hotel in the late evening, the area around the hotel was full of people who come to bars and restaurants. Very noisy and dirty area compare to other area around Umeda.
Hotel receptions communicated well English and helpful.
The design of the hotel and rooms interior were raw and dark which might not be our group’s(60+) style.
The room was not small with spacious living area. However my bed was put into a tight corner, so difficult to get on and off.
We love breakfast here: fresh and tasty croissants with latte so good
