    What a gem of a surprise this hotel was! located in the heart of Osaka, it is an oasis steps away from the bustling Umeda district. The room was clean, quiet & thoughtfully appointed - as if we were staying at an old Japanese friend's home. [We had two different rooms, the one on the 6th floor felt just a little bit newer.] Amenities were plentiful and equally thoughtful - big surprises include the massaging chair & functions within the bathroom! Though the clerks spoke limited English & we were equally limited in Japanese, google translate on the phone solved this tiny problem in communications. We would definitely book this place again when we next return to Osaka. Highly recommended!

    Upon check in, we received the key and got to choose room service breakfast from a menu for the next morning. Check out is at 12 so you can choose any time before that for breakfast. The room is very spacious, with a big bed, cool LED lights, sofa, massage chair. The toilet is separate to the shower/tub, and the tub is huge and can fit 2 people, also with LED lights and jet/bubbles. There are lotions, cleansers, bath salts, and a face mask so a nice little pamper evening. Only sexual things were 2 condoms by the bed, a massager, and an adult movies section on the tv. Other reviewers in my opinion are too dramatic unless we just so happened to get a very PG room. Yes you’ll see people going in for a few hours, but who cares?? We’re all adults here. The value is great for what you get, a great location in Umeda, and I wish we stayed longer to be honest as this was one of the nicest budget hotels we stayed in in Japan.
