Location is right beside major transport links. The subway and train stations are confusing but very handy to move around Osaka and beyond. The room and bed are a good size and the room is quiet. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but went into the subway area at around 7:30am. Only about half a dozen places open at that time. Coffee, egg, and toast for 450 yen. I would stay again.

Hotel is close to Osaka Station and is surrounded by various stores and restaurants. Room is typical Japanese hotel room size. Having apps available for entertainment is a plus. Making it easy to store luggage is also a plus.

good location and handy 7/11 on the ground floor, steps away from whity underground malls
size of the room and check in time of 3 pm is rubbish and is a Japan thing, leaves a bitter taste and I think it's poor service.
