    Rooms are clean (cleaned every day), staff are good, you don't even need to take the amenities from the lobby, they are in the room. But there are deal breakers that are not their fault: (1) it's in the heart of the red light district so not for families with kids. Even for a solo male traveler it's sometimes a bit embarassing to walk through those streets. (2) It's quite far from Umeda station, esp. the labyrinth inside the station and the various tunnels you have to walk through make it very tiresome to return to the hotel after a long day. There are a few more things that they can improve on: (1) The electrical outlets are too far from the bed. Anything that can be done? (2) As convenient stores are not around, can the vending machines offer some snacks in addition to drinks? (3) TVs do not offer screen sharing or streaming services. Overall speaking the hotel itself is doing the best they could. Whether to accept the shortcomings are your choice. If you can it's a good hotel.

    Great service and hospitality from all the staff. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Clean tidy room and bathroom with good shower

    Room is ok not too small But the lighting is weird some yellow some white And the hot bath located in 12:F is super small, many people go shower and bath hot spring together and the pool is super small like half of the pool with 4-5 people, while 4 ppl take shower and someone need to wait for shower And when I use hot bath, I can’t use that long as u see someone is almost finish shower while someone may go into bath If you book here because of the hot spring, please don’t come Appreciate the breakfast, a lot of option and you will find sth u like
