    Located in a great area with easy access to food, attractions, major shopping, nearby subway stations. Room smelled like an old motel and they may allow smoking in rooms as on the informational paper at check-in, you could request garbage/ash tray exchange; reason for no 5 stars. Kind and accommodating staff. Rooms were stocked with Refa products (curling iron, straightener, and hair dryer), including shower necessities, which my sister really enjoyed and praised. I would stay here again.

    Koko Hotel was a wonderful place. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Had no issues with my room. Within a 10 min walking distance to the Metro station. Breakfast was offered at an additional charge which i opted out on. I wouldn’t mind staying here at this location in the future.

    Good for room & staff but quite a walking distance from JR station & needs to hand out rubbish bin & towels daily a bit troublesome!
