We spent 7 nights in this apartment. Overall, our stay was pleasant, although not exceptional. I would describe it as decent. We are not particularly demanding travelers, but we do appreciate a reasonable level of comfort. Of course, everyone's expectations are different, and this review simply reflects our personal experience. The apartment looks quite nice in the photos, but in reality it feels older and a bit outdated. Personally, we prefer more modern accommodations, so this wasn't exactly our style. The apartment itself is quite small—what we would call a studio apartment back home. While it is functional, we found the layout rather cramped. The bedroom was simple, clean, and elegant, with a very small balcony. The living room includes a tiny kitchenette that, although extremely well equipped with everything you might need, feels squeezed into the available space. We understand that compact apartments are quite common in France, but we personally prefer larger, more open living spaces. For us, it felt a little too confined. One thing we really liked was the large TV with a great selection of channels. What truly made a difference was the excellent communication from the Keybnb Services team. A special thank you to Marion and Carole, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Their professionalism deserves recognition. The apartment is located on the first floor, facing the back of the building rather than the seafront. The beach, on the other hand, was absolutely beautiful. We loved the natural setting, without rows of sun loungers, just sand, pebbles, and wonderfully clear water. That was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. One important point for travelers arriving by car: the apartment includes free underground parking, which is a great benefit.

One aspect we struggled with was the bathroom location. It is positioned immediately next to the entrance door, making the entrance area feel very tight. The bathroom door and the apartment entrance can easily get in each other's way. Because our family has allergies and we are very careful about hygiene, it was also difficult to separate the "outside shoes" area from the rest of the apartment, as everything is concentrated in the same small entrance space. The bathroom itself is also very compact. There wasn't much room to move around without bumping into the shower, sink, door, or walls. Unfortunately, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for me. It took several nights before I managed to sleep reasonably well, and judging by how it unfolded, I was almost afraid to open it completely! 😄 During the day, the location is perfectly pleasant. At night, however, it became quite noisy. From around 11:00 PM until 2:00–3:00 AM, there were many scooters and motorcycles passing by, making it difficult to sleep. We've traveled through many countries and rarely experienced this level of nighttime traffic. Unfortunately, that's more a characteristic of the area than of the apartment itself. Unfortunately, our car has a roof box (Thule), bringing its height to about 230 cm, while most underground garages in France have a 190 cm height limit. Because of this, we couldn't use the parking space. This isn't the apartment's fault, but it's worth mentioning for anyone traveling with a roof box or taller vehicle. We had to park on the street, and the city doesn't offer daily or multi-day parking passes in this area. Instead, we had to pay approximately €4.20 every three hours during paid parking hours, which added roughly €12–16 per day to our expenses. We also searched extensively for free or blue-zone parking nearby without success. This is clearly a city parking policy rather than an issue with the accommodation itself.

Casa molto bella e curata nei dettagli. Fronte mare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo staff risponde immediatamente. Garage interno privato comodissimo.

Location was great, communucation and pickup was efficient.

Other then the bed sheets and the towels, apartment was not properly cleaned. Even the toilet was left dirty. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not filled. Some of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The oven was sticky with grease. Other then dirtiness, the apartment was way tinier then it looks in the pictures. The bathroom door was just behind the entrance door. There was no proper hallway which we needed to place our beach stuff. There were 2 tiny dusty balconies which was not big enough to open the drying racks and properly dry the towels. The sofabed in the living room was quite old and had some bend metals. We were quite scared to open and close it everyday.
