We loved the warm feeling of the cottage, the plush duvet sets, comfy sofas (perfect after a day of walking and exploring). The children and is adults really loved the animal food and being able to feed the animals. It was nice to receive a little welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar, really thoughtful.
Quite a few cobwebs, which is expected in an old property.
Could do with a sign on the cottage to say which one it is called. As we arrived in the dark and wasn’t sure

The cosy warm feel of the house was great and location was perfect, nestled between mountains and by the river. Can see trains on the mountain, picturesque!
The rug needed cleaning but everything else was perfect!

Lovely location , comfy beds
The heating was very warm, I have reported this as think there is probably a fault with it as couldn’t be turned down but better to be warm than cold in November!

The animals surrounding the property were the true standout for me; they truly made my experience! The cottage is incredibly cosy and it was spotless! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. :)

It was very unique being part of a working farm with many animals around. Also very spacious.
It should really be billed as self-catering as there were very few amenities (no body soap, shampoo or hair dryer). Also, the owner was non-communicative in the 3 weeks leading up to our visit. I emailed some questions and got an automated response (I have limited access to email due to a family problem). That may have been the case, but it went on for 3 weeks and was starting to worry me. Also, a long single track road to get in.

Gorgeous location. Animals and scenery lovely. Overall great beautiful cottage with good facilities
No sign to identify the cottage we were in, so we guessed based on the Key code however the key has been left in the door when we arrived. There where also Key lock codes shared for multiple properties on our booking email. We also had other guests walk into our property saying they had booked oak tree cottage also. We worked out one group had the three bed and the other a 2 bed so all worked out but the confusion and therefore potential moves could have been avoided with clearer names, signposting the cottage and only sharing the key code for those it's intended. After this incident made sure to lock all doors when inside. Also it's a shame about the road noise but that can't be helped.

Beautiful, dog friendly cottage. Really well equipped, warm and welcoming. The underfloor heating was on when we arrived and it was really cosy. I loved that they don’t require you to keep your dog on a lead, even around the animals, as long as they’re well behaved and calm (which my lovely lady Labrador is). The welcome pack had loads of information. I would have loved to stay longer and explore more.
It’s a long windy track to access the cottages and you’ll need a car to get anywhere but the farm location is really pleasant, the kids loved the animals! You can hear the traffic from the M6 when you’re outside but it really didn’t bother me and it’s proximity made the location a great stop off in our long journey.

Easy access for M6 for stopping off on way to Scotland. Comfortable, everything we needed for one night.
I couldn’t make the oven work.

Location between Yorkshire Dales/Lake District offered easy access to both areas. Pictureque setting on a farm beside River Lune. We stayed in River View Cottage, traditional stone with fabulous views overlooking the river. It was comfortable and well appointed. The vast array of farm animals to see with lots of areas to walk which was fabulous. We loved the black nose sheep and being greeted by the Highland cows. Also a great children's play area available.
Nothing.
Only niggle is when connecting to Waze directions on the booking.com link it weirdly gave direction to Oak Cottage in Chapel Stile Lake District. We ended up with a nice detour.

Comfy cottage, well equipped. We loved watching the house martins and all the farm animals.
We didn’t receive the lock box code to enter the property and the contact number went to answerphone. Luckily a gentleman tending the animals was able to help us gain access, so not the problem it might have been.

Nicely located on a farm.
The cottage was full of flies. Windows had been left open throughout house. No message sent with door code. So had to wait outside until cleaner walked by.

Such an amazing stay on the farm! Staff were friendly and accommodating and the farm tour was incredible. We loved it!
My only complaint (and it’s a stretch!) would be that there wasn’t any loo roll in the upstairs bathroom but I think if I’d have asked for some it wouldn’t have been a problem at all it’s just that it was late when I realised so i didn’t.

That we didn’t have time to stay there longer ! It was a great place.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. Very convenient location for a one night stop over on our way back from Scotland
Needed somewhere in the grounds where we could take our spaniel that wasn’t covered in sheep poo. Followed a sign to a dog park but could not find anything and meant walking through sheep still. Garden had dog poo that I had to pick up. Dishwasher had not been emptied from previous guests when we arrived. Bottom of oven was dirty so really smelt when warming up

Nothing was any trouble at all the owners made you feel like you could get in touch at any time, we couldn’t quite work the oven but they were round within 5 mins to help us.

There isn’t a negative I can give. Looked small and cute from the outside but it couldn’t have been more deceiving.
There was nothing to dislike. It really was perfect.

En pleine campagne mais proche de la highway, nous y avons passé une nuit de transit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Des balades à pied sont aménagées au départ des cottages.
