Very clean and tidy. Well equipped.
Fairly minor issues.
Heating time settings need reviewing.
Ceiling light in master bedroom and bunk bedroom needs replacing.
Toilet seat in en-suite needs refitting.

The location was great — convenient and easy to get around. The house itself was very spacious, which worked well for our group, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking
The living room was not properly cleaned, as we found dried food on and under the sofa. The bathroom was disappointing too — the door didn’t lock, the cleanliness was lacking, and there were even spiders in the bathtub. Mattress covers and towels were stained, and the cot was provided without any bedding. Beside tables and mirrors were dirty in the bedrooms on the third floor.
