Location of the apartment is great, this neighborhood is amazing and the apartment is quite big, felt safe and it had a kitchen equipped with everything. The host is nice and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The instructions to access the apartment arent clear enough, it mentioned a name but on the button it is the full name of the person so it took me like 5 min to figure that out since i was looking for the name mentioned in the instructions only. It can specify the name and number correctly. Then asking guests to take trash out and leave the place tidy is an airbnb thing that i personally hate. I will obviously not leave a mess but i dont want to stress about taking the trash out.

Zentrale Lage in einer belebten Umgebung an der Porta Venezia, dabei sehr ruhig . Klimaanlage funktionierte bei den hohen Temperaturen ausgezeichnet.

Very neat and tidy. Location was wonderful.
The initial access to the property was dreadful. The instruction given were incorrect, there was supposed to be a key box. Fortunately other residents were able to assist us through the first lot of security. Communication was through a chatbot which was not helpful. Communication with manager/owner was too timely to be of any help.
