Very well appointed apartment - everything you could possibly want was in the cupboards! Well located very close to metro (porto Venezia)
A few fresh towels, a few spare toilet rolls would have been nice The 2nd bedroom is dark and quite inferior to the main bedroom - but perfectly fine!

Check-in and check out was very easy with a friendly neighbor. The location was great - convenient to shopping, restaurants, and getting to tourist sites.
Overall, it wasn’t very clean - dirty dishes, silverware and glasses. There really wasn’t a place to sit and eat as the counter stools were very uncomfortable and the extra stools were broken. The couch was ok, but it would have been nice to have seating for 4 (maybe an extra chair or 2). All the house instructions were only available online, and were difficult to read as the online pages were in a tiny font and not expandable. A general notebook with the essential info would have been helpful.

Alessia our host was fabulous and looked after us with transport needs, entertainment and sightseeing. She contacted us to ensure that we got to our destination and was a warm and friendly host. She was exceptional 👏 She helped when the lift wasn't operating which was wonderful. The location was bustling with great restaurants, very hip and close to the sights.....
