Luca was in great contact. He met us outside the metro station and took our heavy bags for us up to the apartment and even back all the way to the metro platform after check-out. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, how to get to the ferry and all about the hiking and the area. This was the best experience. He really goes goes and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The aprtment is very nice, modern and very clean. I would definitely come back.
