Good clean room though rather characterless

The apartment is situated over a train tunnel through which trains pass every 10 minutes or so. They sound like thunder. I would have liked a coffee pot (a cafetiere or mocha pot). There is no real balcony, just the entrance area where there is no view or aspect except the walls of the surrounding houses.

Excellent location and a safe place to stay.

Excellent location, very close to the train station, the property is very clean and you have everything you need for a short stay. Despite the location is very centralized, the sound proving is very good, you feel very quiet once you are inside the property. We feel safe to stay in this property and its like home away from home. If I would come back to Manarola again, this will be my first choice.

Comfortable accommodations in a beautiful location

Incanto Manarola is located in the main area of town with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. Despite being in a area that was busy during the day, the accommodations were quiet. The host sent extensive instructions prior to arrival, as well as recommendations for restaurants and video instructions on finding the location. There is a nice gelato place right at the base of the stairs leading on the accommodations and several restaurants in close proximity. The train station and bus/shuttle stop were both a short walk away. Hiking were also easy to access.

The apartment was really clean and with a beautiful style in the interior. It‘s really central, like 2 Minutes of Walking Time to the Sea. Loved it. Sara, the Host, was also really welcoming :)

“Incanto” Manarola… truly reflects its name, marvellous stay in the heart of the town!

The flat is located just a few minutes away from Manarola station and it’s easy to access with the clear instructions of self-check-in provided by the host. The flat is clean and nicely decorated and all the essentials are provided for kitchen and bathroom and air conditioning.

There is no “traditional” closed wardrobe, but only a niche in the wall where you can hang up your clothes.

A REALLY enjoyable stay

Location was absolutely fantastic! In the end, Manarola was our favourite town in Cinque Terre and this apartment was right in the heart of it. The host, Sara, was very easy to get in contact with and was happy to offer suggestions for things to do/places to eat. Trattoria from Billy was delicious! I’d suggest making a reservation if you want to get in when you’re hungry. We didn’t have a reservation so went on a list, but as there were only 2 of us we only had to wait 15-20mins. The apartment was lovely. We didn’t realise we’d have it all to ourselves as a previous stay in another city we only had a room & ensuite (which was plenty). Honestly I cannot recommend it enough. Sara also sent through a helpful video for exactly how to get to the apartment from the station, which made things so easy!

To get the key we had to wait for the host’s friend (another super friendly, welcoming individual), to come and show us the code for the lock box and give us a quick tour of the place. We had no issues with that, however we let him know the day before when we were planning to arrive, and when we showed up (5mins early) we hoped he’d be close behind. Unfortunately as foreigners we didn’t have any data or access to wifi which made communication to let him know we were actually there a bit difficult. Perhaps receiving the wifi name and password earlier would have been helpful?

Amazing host and apartment! Wonderful location too!

We had such an incredible stay visiting Cinque Terre! Our host, Sara, was so accommodating and helpful during our stay. We appreciated the information given prior to our visit and the video to help us find the apartment from the train station. The apartment is clean and decorated nicely. Perfect location to get to the food, the entertainment, the train, and the beach! When we come back to Manarola we will hope to stay here again.

Nice apartment at Manarola, right on a street with many food options.

Take note that there is a flight of stairs going up to the property. other travellers like to sit there in the daytime enjoying gelato. not any fault of the property but to be aware that when returning to the apartment in the daytime, one has to get past all the other travellers.

Perfekt location in the heart of Manarola. Main street right outside the door. The appartments is perfect, light and new interior, good air condition and a kitchen that has everything you need for a few days in Manarola. The host is really helpfull and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and are really pleased with our stay.

Great base for exploring Cinque Terre

Very nice, modern and spacious room, at a perfect location: in probably the cutest village of Cinque Terre, at a quiet street just off the main village road. And within close distance from the station. Comfy beds and bathroom, with a wellness-like rain shower.

Only things I can think of which may be a disadvantage for some people: No breakfast available (but plenty of options nearby), and we didn't meet the host but she was very responsive through Whatsapp (or you can call her if you wish), so that was not a problem at all for us. And the balcony is at the front door in a narrow street so not the best place to sit, but again: plenty of options nearby :-)

El alojamiento tiene humedad en las paredes y se nota mucha frialdad. El aire acondicionado no funciona, lo enciendes, suena, pero no hace nada. La cama es extremadamente blanda.

Es un alojamiento muy lindo, de diseño, muy cuidado en los detalles, con todo lo necesario para hacer una estadía cómoda y agradable. Está súper céntrico, a pocos metros del mar, la calle principal y la estación de tren. Fueron amables y flexibles para recibirnos y darnos todas las indicaciones en todo momento, con simpatía y buen trato. Sara y Giorgio se portaron súper bien!
