Right in the middle of everything Falmouth has to offer, though still quiet surroundings. Car parking immediately adjacent. Fab views. Everthing I needed at the time was there- dont know about things I didn't need.
Sound-proofing from other flats (above and below) not perfect - could hear people moving around upstairs when in bed, but no other noise and bearable. Car park below quiet, but not busy at night - though quiet season. Cooking smells from flat next door in corridor, but did NOT penetrate in to flat. Car parking quite expensive, though good 3-day and weekly deals - can always search out a free space elsewhere in town once unloaded
