Central Falmouth Flat with Free Parking

The flat was ideally located to walk down into town although do bear in mind it’s on a hill so coming back up needs a good burst of energy - worth considering if you have younger ones. The flat was perfectly comfortable with a nice welcome pack in the fridge which got us started with some tea and Cornish biscuits. Literally a last minute decision to stay over whilst visiting some friends on their boat in the marina. Parking was a great bonus although also plenty of space on road out the front. We had an electric car which needed charging so parked it in the Marina car park over night to charge, about a 15min walk. Peaceful, comfortable and great location.

Tilly was very communicative and answered all of my questions prior stay very promptly. Please be aware that there are a lot of steps from the seafront to this property so would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Great flat and location to walk to the main high street. Super comfortable bed and the softest bedding! All amenities you’d need and great hosts that were very attentive

Bathroom sealant and walls require a bit of maintenance but overall great cleanliness to rest of the property

My boys of 13 and 11 had no where to sleep as the footon was only just big enough for my 13 year old I had to get a camp bed from my friend. My youngest ended up in the adult bed so no sleep was had and we were all tiered for the trip. Not suitable for a 13 and 11 year old..
