Location and the entire room is very comfortable, the metro station is close by and a supermarket located in front of the building. The access to the building and apartment is easy and it has all the stuff needed if you prefer having breakfast or light lunch at the room.
I have traveled quite a bit and consider it is overpriced considering that no cleaning is done everyday and that amenities are not included as in any hotel, by this I was expecting body lotion for example and maybe another set of towels.

Location.
There is no communication. I have tried 5 months to stay one night longer than originally planned but no response. If it is impossible just tell me that. But they keep me hanging on. It was very frustrating. I asked Booking dot com customer service but even they didn’t get an answer.

L'allotjament és bonic, està cèntric, està net. Es tranquil i malgrat la calor tenia una temperatura agradable
El tracte rebut per qui gestiona l'establiment no és correcte. Se t'obliga a descarregar-te aplicacions, responen els missatges amb un retard superior a 24 h i no reps cap ajut si els necessites. Fins que no vaig aconseguir entrar a l'apartament no confiava amb tenir aquesta reserva i l havia pagat feia dies.va ser molt estressant. Farien bé en simplificar el funcionament i millorar la relació. No em sembla tan difícil un bon tracte al client
