Very comfortable and nicely decorated appartment in a great location. Quiet, good air-conditioning and comfortable bed
Check-in process! I did not receive any instructions before arriving. After questioning upon arrival, I received them, with the wrong code that did not work. After contacting again the host... received the same code again! I did not manage to use the app until the end of my stay.... Luckily my sister was already there, I do not imagine going through it at 1 in the morning upon arrival!

Location and the entire room is very comfortable, the metro station is close by and a supermarket located in front of the building. The access to the building and apartment is easy and it has all the stuff needed if you prefer having breakfast or light lunch at the room.
I have traveled quite a bit and consider it is overpriced considering that no cleaning is done everyday and that amenities are not included as in any hotel, by this I was expecting body lotion for example and maybe another set of towels.

Location.
There is no communication. I have tried 5 months to stay one night longer than originally planned but no response. If it is impossible just tell me that. But they keep me hanging on. It was very frustrating. I asked Booking dot com customer service but even they didn’t get an answer.

Location was great
As soon as we arrived we had to download an app for the door that didn’t work for 10 minutes. We reached out to the host on both booking and whatsapp and heard nothing. My towel had a large yellow stain on it, again we reached out and heard nothing. The bed had lots of strands of hair on the pillow or sheets.
