The Space:
Upon entering The Double Loft, you'll find yourself in a welcoming hallway that opens up to a spacious, open-plan living area. This stylish layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living space, and master bedroom.
The kitchen is a design highlight, featuring sleek stainless steel counters and ample storage. It’s fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need, including a washer and dryer. A breakfast bar provides a convenient spot for casual dining.
The expansive living area is bright and inviting, furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a chaise lounge, and a flat-screen TV. This space is thoughtfully designed to include the master bedroom, which is partially separated by a lattice structure and a curtain. This design ensures privacy while maintaining an open feel. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Adjacent to the kitchen, along the corridor, you’ll find a second bathroom and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, making The Double Loft an ideal choice for both short and long stays.
Both bedroom areas face the interior of the building, providing a quiet and restful environment.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Neighborhood:
Five minutes from the Paseo del Prado, otherwise known as the 'Museum Mile', Atocha is often overlooked as a tourist destination, meaning that it's the place to be to experience life like a local. Wander to the Prado and be amazed by pieces by Goya and Velázquez, and then enjoy the evening like a Madrileño at a local tapas joint.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Estación del Arte and Estación Tren Atocha (L1, trains)

· Note that the master bedroom is not completely separated from the living area, showing a loft style. This is why we consider the unit as 1 bedroom unit, although there are 2 bedroom areas, one of them completely closed with a trundle bed.
