La localización, que estaba limpio y que tuviera aire acondicionado.

El olor a humedad! Era imposible estar sin el aire.

EN GENERAL NOS GUSTO TODO. AUNQUE SE PODRIAN MEJORAR DETALLES QUE EL TIEMPO VA CREANDO. Y MAS AL SER UN BAJO.

Location is very convenient - although Atocha station is under construction right now. A Lidl close by, and you can easily walk to Retiro, Museum district or the Royal Palace. Metro is also very close. Facilities are ok, plus for the washing machine - but a dishwasher would have been more helpful. Water temperature and pressure were good; they warned us about the heater (so limited water supply) - but for three people we never ran out.

Value for money is low. Firstly, it's tiny. Our child slept on the couch ok, but I can't imagine fitting 2 more adults there. Once you open the table even on one side only, there's nowhere to walk. Kettle didn't work - told the owner who was supposed to come & replace it, but never did. Freezer didn't work either. Overall very humid and stuffed. It's on the ground floor of the courtyard, so it was uncomfortable to open the door/window to let some air in - anyone could see. Also there's a lamp activated by motion right outside, so multiple times a night when someone walked outside, we were woken up.
