The property is close to central train and bus station. Not far from the center, from museums. There are everything you need in the room and in the kitchen.

Our room was facing a busy street, so it was quite noisy. The window blinds were too thin, and the light from the street and store signs came through all night. The beds are not comfortable. We were unhappy with how difficult it was to contact the host. We are English speakers, but all communication was sent only in Spanish and only through the Booking app. The instructions for entering the property were automatically translated by Booking into English, but the room names (the rooms had names instead of numbers) were also translated. As a result, the translated room name did not match the actual name on the door, and it took us quite a while to find our room. Eventually, other Spanish-speaking guests helped us by translating the room name back into Spanish in the Booking app. The property should provide easier ways to communicate, such as WhatsApp or Telegram, instead of only a Spanish phone number. I spent quite a lot of money trying to contact the host, but still did not receive any help. They also did not answer later that evening when I called around 9:30 PM to find out how to turn off the air conditioner.

L'appartement était conforme aux photos sur le site. Propreté irréprochable. Literie vraiment très confortable. Aucune nuisance sonore de la part des autres voyageurs logeant dans l'immeuble. Situé à l'écart du centre ville mais très bien desservi par le métro (Palos de la frontera à 3mn à pied) et accès à la puerta del Sol en 30 minutes de marche pour les plus courageux.

L'appartement est situé au 1er étage sur une rue très passante. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, vous aurez du mal à vous endormir. Beaucoup de bruit (voitures, camion poubelle, passants ...) mais les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien. Ce qui a été le plus embêtant c'est la communication avec l'hôte. Je pense que tout est géré par une plate forme et les renseignements concernant la récupération des clés se fait au dernier moment par mail. Il faut télécharger une application pour ouvrir la serrure connectée. Nous nous en sommes sorti mais franchement ce n'est pas super évident. Il ne vaut mieux pas avoir de souci particulier car la communication est quasi inexistante.

La casa è molto carina, la posizione è Ottima (1 minuto a piadi dalla metrò che porta in centro). Il bagno andava bene per dimensioni e pulizia. La cucina completa per permanenza più lunghe. Apertura porta tramite app...

La camera era parzialmente sporca, abbiamo trovato 2 scarafaggi neri grossi. Le lenzuola non erano state cambiate, c'erano i peli sotto. Poco silenziosa per via degli infissi.
