El olor a humedad, 1 toalla sucia manchada falta tener más cuidado con algunos detalles de limpieza en general. No dejar indicado donde encontrar la clave del wifi en las instrucciones.

Appartamento super confortevole e moderno, silenzioso, molto pulito e anche ben fornito di tutto il necessario (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, smart TV, macchinetta del caffè). Si trova in una zona molto centrale del quartiere San Paolo, ricca di locali e negozi sotto casa. La vicinanza con la metro é fantastica, perché si trova davvero a due passi dall’appartamento. In sole due fermate si raggiunge la fermata Colosseo e in poche altre si raggiungono le principali attrazioni di Roma. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e comodo a Roma.

All’inizio c’era un lieve odore come di fognatura… abbiamo dovuto aprire tutte le finestre e far scorrere l’acqua nei lavandini

Good location, close to the metro station and easy for reaching the center and Termini station. The flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped (eg washing machine, dish washing, microwave, coffee machine).

The check in was a complete chaos and the staff was highly unprofessional. The days before our arrival we received instructions for getting the keys, according to which the keys were left in a key box outside the building. We couldn't find any key box. A neighbour living in the building saw us and told us that the key box had been stolen the night before. After a few attempts, we finally managed to talk by phone to a lady who kept on insisting that the key box was there and was clearly unaware of the situation. Only after talking to the neighbour did she finally realise what happened and she claimed that they had too many checks in to deal with and didn't know that the key box had been stolen. She finally told us that the cleaning lady would come to hand over the keys. I raised concerns about safety, since someone stole the keys of the flat here we had to sleep. She appeared puzzled and then claimed that they had just changed the keys. After several attempts we finally met the cleaning lady who gave us the keys. The flat was not cleaned and we had to wait for more than one hour. According to the instructions, for the check out I had to leave the keys in the same key box which had been stolen. They didn't bother to give me new instructions for the check out and told me to leave the keys under the carpet outside.
