If you want an extra change of linens During your stay or need a cleaner, I can ALWAYS That arrange for you.
In other words, I will act as your Personal Travel Assistant Before, During and After Your Stay.
3. Everything Is Included - No Hidden Costs or Surprises:
I tried my best to describe my place in this description thoroughly so That You will not have any surprises at arrival.
Once you decide That my place is suitable for you and your group, I will take care of the rest with NO SURPRISES.
Unlike most hosts, I WILL NEVER ask you to pay for things such as:
- Linens & Towels (ALWAYS INCLUDED)
- Hair Dryer or Iron (ALWAYS INCLUDED)
- Wifi Internet Connection (ALWAYS AVAILABLE)
>> No Damages Claims: things can break During your stay, I get that. Unlike most hosts, I will not claim any damages for minor stuff such as a broken glass or a fork missing. If something breaks, just let me know and I will arrange to fix or replace it.

And now some words about my elegant apartment in the heart of San Paolo neighborhood.
The apartment is Studied in details and it is equipped with all the comforts Necessary for your stay.
It is composed of 1 kitchen, Which contains all the accessories needed to prepare meals comfortably at home, a bathroom with window and shower, 1 very large bed room with one double bed for 2 people, 1 living room with sofa bed for other 2 people .
All rooms sono stati Renewed 3 years ago and are furnished with quality materials.
We provide sheets, blankets, towels, soaps, hair dryer, LED TV, washing machine and Internet access.
It is located 100 meters from Metro B, the Basilica of San Paolo station, Which is a 7-minute ride from the historic center of Rome.
At about 400 meters you can find the famous Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, one of the famous seven churches of Rome.
By foot you can reach the university Roma3, the Garbatella district, Eataly and all the facilities of the San Paolo neighborhood.
All the facilities you can think of are at walking distance.

We are a brother and sister from Rome who live very close to the apartment (if you need anything while you stay at our property we can reach you pretty fast).
We both speak Inglese very well and are incendio communicate in spanish and frech, Surely I know we will find a way to communicate :-)
We love our city and we are incendio give you the best tips and hints on where to go and what to see.
Furthermore, we can buy tickets for you in advance for the major tourist attractions (Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Capitoline Museums, etc. etc.) I know That you can get there and totally skip the long lines (some of these attractions are sold out if you do not get your tickets days before, so keep this in mind).
Just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for you with no problems!
We are at your disposal for any needs and can not wait to have you as our precious guests.

We really enjoyed our time at Maurizio's apartment and he was the perfect host! Great location and super accessible to everything we needed. Really nice being in an Italian neighborhood as opposed to being close to city center.

This is an amazing apartment. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions. He provided a binder with lots of recommendations for restaurants and other places to see in the area. When we experienced trouble with our phone, he called the taxi service and arranged for our taxi. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. The owner's sister met us at the apartment upon our arrival and gave us a tour of where we would be staying. The metro is only a block away so we had easy access to all the places we wanted to go and see. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Rome.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet appartement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité du métro basilica san paolo, à seulement quatre stations du Colisée. Je tiens à souligner l'attention constante que nous à porté Maurizio et l'aide qu'il nous a fourni pour nous procurer une poussette très rapidement. Notre prochain séjour à Rome se fera évidemment dans cet appartement.

We really enjoyed our time at Maurizios apartment and he was the perfect host! Great location and super accessible to everything we needed. Really nice being in an Italian neighborhood as opposed to being close to city center.
