Passable for one overnight stay. Couldn't be longer in this room.
Room warm. Clean bedding. Generally compact clean house and clean toilets. Only 2 parking spaces taken but there was off road parking. Close to my work destination.
Definitely not a "double room ". Felt that was misleading. Single bed in small room. Noisy toilet next door. Hand towel provided to bath with. Only one small pillow on bed.

Cheap base for City visit.
Used as a base for a City Centre gig visit. Handy as not far off M5 and not too far to drive into town.

Excellent accommodation. Good value and immaculately clean and well equipped.
Second visit to this location. Different room this time but, as before, the house was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen (didn't use anything, but it was there if I needed to).
The place is excellent. The only thing I can think of is it could maybe benefit from a non-slip mat in the bath, as showering felt a bit precarious.
