Super lokalizacja, praktycznie na samym Rynku Opola. Słychać rozmowy przechodniów i osób siedzących w pobliskich restauracjach, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało... liczyliśmy się z tym wynajmując mieszkanie w centrum. Mieszkanie kompaktowe, ale ma wszystko co potrzeba i jest utrzymane w dobrej kondycji i jest czyste. Check-in bez kłopotów i sprawnie choć zdalnie. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe w podwórku zawsze było choć obawialiśmy się, że z tym może być problem ze względu na lokalizację. Ogólnie polecamy to miejsce na kilkudniowe pobyty w Opolu również z psem.
Brak klimatyzacji, ale zdajemy sobie sprawę z tego, że trafiliśmy w wyjątkowo ciepłym okresie. Należy wspomnieć, że w mieszkaniu znajdował się dobrze działających wiatrak, który pomagał przetrwać w te upalne dni.

Było wszystko co jest potrzebne podczas pobytu, także ekspres do kawy i kawa. Czysto i świeżo. Blisko do różnych ciekawych miejsc.
Trochę przeszkadzały aura jeżdżące blisko, ale w obiekcie nie ma minusów.
