Bliskość wszędzie, rynek dosłownie za rogiem, do zoo piechotą okolo 25 min. Nad Odrę tez dosłownie parę kroków. Mieszkanie wyposażone w większość udogodnień pralka, zmywarka, lodowka, plyta indukcyjna czy czajnik oraz mikrofalówka.
Brak przypisanego miejsca parkingowego, oraz schody prowadzące do mieszkania, pierwsze wrażenie jest takie ze zaraz runą. Estetyka niektórych elementów wykończenia.

Все сподобалось. Все нормально. Орендували ці апартаменти вже двічі. Повністю обладнана окрема кухня з посудом, чисто, через стіни не чутно сусідів, є рушники, пральна та посудомийна машинки, чисто. Приміщення повністю відповідає заявленим фотографіям.
Приміщення опалюють лише електричні обігрівачі, які ви повинні ввімкнути після прибуття і потрібен час, щоб нагріти приміщення. Для нас це було не критично важливо.
