The self-check-in process was very smooth and convenient. Communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. They responded quickly and were very helpful with all practical matters, such as providing the apartment key password, Wi-Fi information, and even guidance on how to dispose of the garbage properly. The apartment is located near the main train station, which is very convenient for commuting to nearby cities such as Wrocław. It is also situated close to campuses like the University of Opole and Opole University of Technology. In addition, there are several minimarkets nearby, including Żabka, as well as bus stops that make it easy to get around the city. The kitchenette, including the microwave, worked perfectly, and the washing machine was also in excellent condition. For up to two people, this apartment is a very comfortable place to stay and rest. I stayed for a week, and not a single day of my experience was disappointing.

During our stay, the air conditioning was unfortunately not working due to a central issue affecting the building. This was clearly beyond the host’s control, and they were very responsive and proactive in trying to resolve the problem. They even personally checked the unit and kept us updated on the situation throughout our stay. Although the issue was not resolved by the end of my visit, the weather was fortunately very pleasant and cool, so simply opening the windows provided enough fresh air and comfort. Overall, I really appreciated the host’s effort, communication, and attentiveness despite the circumstances.
