- Wyposażenie apartamentu - świeżo wyremontowany i wszystko działa - lokalizacja - 10 minut do starego miasta - ciepło w pokoju (w zimę w sam raz)
- jakość pościeli (nie przyjemny materiał) - w łazience ciągle był zapach papierosów, podobno przez wentylację od sąsiadów - brak kosza na śmieci w łazience

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy muzeum polskiej piosenki i starówce.Ładny widok z okien. Apartment czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Dodatkowy plus za spełnienie prośby i możliwość nieco wcześniejszego zakwaterowania.
Z pewnością należy dokonać kilku napraw w łazience a mianowicie: prysznic (brak możliwości używania słuchawki prysznicowej, bo uchwyt do przełączania z deszczownicy wyrwany), niedokręcona, luźna deska sedesowa.
