bardzo dobra lokalizacja ,bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem,którzy dość szybko zareagowali na zgłoszone usterki i postarali sie je napraw
Minusem jest parking przy ulicy i problem z miejscem parkingowym, nie działająca klimatyzacja oraz problem z odbiorem TV ,nie działające rolety w oknie.bardzo niekomfortowe jest też korzystanie z łazienki która znajduje sie poza pokojem i łączy ją wspólny korytarz z następnym mieszkaniem.
