Great view but needs renovations

Comfy beds, balcony views amazing! Renovated bedrooms and living room. If walking location is good next to Marina walk and Jbr beach.

Bathrooms and the kitchen needs renovations, they're are old and dirty, not pleasant. Mentioned appliances listed such as washing machine, dishwasher, iron, coffee machine, fridge wasn't working or were missing or in bad status. Could hear noises from hallway. Balcony door handle needs to be fixed. We requested earlier check in around 1h and they requested extra charge around 215 AED also baby crib was only for additional charge available 350 AED. Car parking is super complicated, need to go 3 floors down and in narrow spaces, all the time big traffic jam in the main road next to house. Generally for such price could have found fresher option.

Amazing stay with stunning marina views.

Amazing stay with stunning marina views! This was one of the best apartments I've stayed in for location, space and the views over the marina at night time. I'd highly recommend this apartment for couples or small groups. There is so much space inside and also outside on the balcony. The admin check in were extremely helpful too, with additional support locating supermarkets, nearby restaurants etc. I'll defintely re-book here if I visit Dubai again.

Picture were realistic, location ok, but equipment and bathrooms need to be renovated.

Building is good located. Good beds. Very nice balcony.

Path to Dubai marina was under reconstruction, so you need to go around, especially with stroller pretty annoying. Washing machine was leaking and not really working. Dishwasher also broken and stinking. Kitchen equipment not sufficient.

Spacious apartment, close to the beach with welcoming hosts.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had a good location which was a short walk from the beach with many options for restaurants, and food shops. It was nice to use the outdoor swimming pool although it was in need of renovation. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

The kitchen facilities were a the absolute minimum so it was difficult to cook properly. The traffic in the area was really heavy so we often got caught in a traffic jam when taking a taxi.
