Zentral mit Bergblick
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kommt schnell zum See, zum Bahnhof und Edeka und Bäcker sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat einen tollen Ausblick mit Balkon und eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und die Wohnung ist absolut tierfreundlich. Wer gerne so unkompliziert wie möglich seine FeWo beziehen möchte, ist hier richtig. Man bekommt einen Türcode und braucht keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter, wenn nicht zwingend nötig. Wichtig: Den Eingang erreicht man nur über eine sehr steile Metalltreppe.
Es gibt nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten anzumerken: Es ist kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, auch Schüsseln sind Mangelware. Leider gibt es auch keine Anweisung, wo man seinen Müll wegbringen kann.

Viel Platz , alles was man braucht aber etwas sauberer wäre gewünscht dennoch in Ordnung mit Hund vor allem
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet mehr, als man braucht. Auch mit großem Hund hatten wir super viel Platz, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein paar Dinge könnten jedoch verbessert werden: Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht ganz so, wie wir es uns für den Preis erhofft hätten (sehr fleckig in der Küche vor allem sowie Türen / Bad) eine Kaputte Lampe lag noch am Boden das Licht war in der Küche an als wir kamen Insgesamt trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit toller Ausstattung – etwas teuer im Verhältnis zur Sauberkeit, aber grundsätzlich schön.

Nette Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bäcker, Edeka, See, alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto kann auf eigenem Parkplatz stehen.
