Absolutely nothing.
Pictures did not represent the true state of the apartment, big smell of airfreshner, mold and cobwebs across the whole apartment. Very unsafe doors which you would think they are locked but they are not. Back door led straight to the bedroom, had to call the host the explain how to lock it. We did not even stay there an hour, as it was not what we expected. Host was also very unhelpful when we requested a reimbursement through PayPal.

Don't stay here.
Not much. I can say the wi fi worked. Last minute booking. We saw score 7.9 and thought we would go with it. Big mistake.
No information in flat. Eg how heating is supposed to work. Cold and draughty. All furniture old and uncomfortable. Bed and sofa should definitely be replaced.
Air fresheners in every room - I suspect to cover damp smell. Shower door did not close at all. No lampshades, light fitting in sittingroom loose. Cobwebs on walls and around lights. Under sofa not cleaned in a long time. Oven dirty.
Came home and no heating at all. Man at front said water had been off. Texted landlord. They called. Message seemed to be that I should have switched heating down/ off before going out as had used all gas. They asked me if there was gas or check hob working. This is clearly an issue they have has before. Gas boiler in bedroom. Very noisy.

The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. When he realised that the washing machine was not working, he took our clothes to his home where he washed and dried them for us.
When we arrived, the gas was not connected, and the heating and hot water were not switched on. There were no instructions, and the owner/manager realised that we wouldn't have been able to reset the gas.The washing machine and the kettle did not work. When it rained, a lot of water seeped into the bedroom onto the bedroom carpet. The smell of mould and damp was so overpowering and unhealthy that we cut our losses, cut short our stay, and moved out.

the location was ideal for everything we had planned for our trip.
I apologise again for taking all the keys from the key locker
there were 3 adults but only crockery, cutlery etc for 2 people.
there was also no sheet for the sofa bed to lie on. not a big issue though.

Alidi 5 minut pieszo (polecam pod warunkiem, że nie chcesz kupić jednej dwulitrowej butelki wody, bo sprzedają tylko w zgrzewkach po 6 sztuk 🤔)

Finalnie miejsce to spełniło nasze podstawowe potrzeby (dach nad głową na noc i w drogę za dnia), ale za tą cenę i nazwę apartament spodziewaliśmy się dużo więcej (mignęło mi w opisie, że jest to 130 m2, ale teraz tego nie widzę, więc, że jest mniej niż połowa tego metrażu nie mogę mieć pretensji)
Budenk na przeciwko i obok - okna pozabijane deskami, co sprawia wrażenie jak byśmy byli w melinie i nieciekawej okolicy. Może i tak jest? Tego nie wiem.
Otwarcie drzwi wejściowych dla małych rączek, bo żeby się dostać trzeba przekręcić klucz i jednocześnie nacisnąć na klamkę w kierunku ręki z kluczem!
Brak progu, tylko popękany cement i pozwijana wykładzina. Jeszcze nie weszliśmy do naszej kwatery, a już kiepskie wrażenie.
Dziury w podłodze (duży pokój i kuchnia)
Brak stołu do zjedzenia posiłku, bo jest kawowy, ale żeby zjeść przy nim zupę trzeba usiąść po turecku na podłodze jak chińczyk 🤪 Dla dwumetrowca to na prawdę wyzwanie i niezła gimnastyka.
Okna nieszczelne (przez wszystkie czuć ruch powietrza), nie dźwiękoszczelne (od ulicy niestety wszystko słychać) i wszystkie niech zostaną zasłonięte, bo nie ma na co patrzeć, ale to daje wrażenie jak byś był ma wakacjach w bungalowie lub jakimś schronie.
Wifi działa w salonie, kuchni, łazience, korytarzu ... ale w sypialni już nie 😞
Braki w kuchni, nie ma: patelni, małych łyżeczek, deski do krojenia, korkociągu, kieliszków do wódki, filiżanek do kawy, małych talerzyków, przypraw oprócz soli, i jeśli to ma być apartament to kawy, herbaty i cukru.
Ogrzewanie: dla kogoś mieszkającego w bloku i korzystającego tylko z hoteli szokiem może być wejście do miejsca, gdzie masz spać, a temperatura jest nieco powyżej 10°C. Warto, znając godzinę przybycia gości nagrzać pomieszczenie i termę z wodą na kompiel oraz dodać jakiś opis, gdzie i jak tym sterować (w sypialni wielkie, brzeczące też w nocy urządzenie). Nam to to zajęło trochę czasu, więc w pierwszą noc zmarźliśmy 😞
Uruchomienie prysznica: też warto napisać, że żeby uruchomić uprzednio podgrzaną wodę trzeba włączyć przełącznik na korytarzu, gdzie normalnie włącza się światło przed wejściem do pomieszczenia. Śmieszne rozwiązanie.
Kabina prysznicowa: wyzwaniem jest zamknięcie jej od środka.
W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek szafeczki na własne przybory toaletowe.
