Sea views and location
Noise from the above apartment until 3am every night. Lots of stairs to the apartment.

The location war perfect as well as the apartment itself. It was very clean but the hallway and the house just a mess. The first impression was VERY VERY dirty and in the hallway there were dead plants and pots.
