Lovely apartment with amazing views

The view from the apartment really is incredible. Despite being 5 minutes away from the centre of Corfu town, the apartment was in a quiet location. We were able to get dropped off / picked up by taxi very close to the apartment due to it's proximity to a main road. The apartment was well stocked in terms of kitchen equipment. The air con kept the place a good temperature. The agent who was our contact was so helpful, answered any questions we had very promptly. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Corfu town.

Having a high chair for our youngest child would have been handy but we were aware there wasn't one when booking.

Location plus comfort

Location,location,location. This property was so special- we felt like we’d stepped back in time as we stood by the French doors and watched all the boats sail by. Right in the heart of the old town. I would love to have known the history of the house. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with all modern amenities.

Nothing really- but note the stairs are very steep and the unit is up 2 flights of stairs - so not for those with mobility problems or very heavy bags

Great location. Lovely apartment. Perfect view.

We requested separate beds and confirmed that the day before with them. We arrived at 3 AM and had a double bed. As we were arriving late, we asked for help to get a cab, we were told we would find one at the station, which was not the case. They finally helped us, but we had to wait at night on our own at an empty station Ann the taxi driver tried to scam us. The worse was that one afternoon there was a water cut in town. They they not give us any information or offered to bring water for us. It only came back the following morning. How are you supposed to leave guests with no water, not even to use the toilet?

A great choice to stay in the old town

Stunning views watching the ships and boats going in and out of port. Well appointed for a small space and everything clean and new. Great to have a washing machine. The location is superb - right on edge of old town and once we got our bearings very easy to explore everywhere. Can’t imagine a better apartment to stay in.

The faults are only with the great age of the building- going up and down narrow staircase with heavy suitcases would have been impossible without a strong man to help which fortunately we had. No assistance offered from hosts. If you can travel light then no problem. And we’re definitely not used to taking our bathroom waste paper out to bins down the street some little distance. A 24 hour power outage was also a pain.

Enjoyed it once I got over the shock of the stairs and the lights were fixed once a complaint was made.

Lovely rooms with views and windows that had flywire to keep the insects out. All mod cons, power points and electrical equipment new and in good condition

The narrow difficult staircase. I’m 74 and I couldn’t carry my cases up. My friends husband who is 75 had to do it for me. Also when we arrived there was no lighting on the stairwell or outside my door and I had trouble finding where to open it due to the fact it was so dark and I couldn’t find the door key hole.

Great location, easy to find, being on the seaside. Breathtaking view on the sea, stylish decorations, clean and newly renovated. Very calm place compared to the apartments inside the old town that can be noisy until very late hours during high season. Friendly and helpful hosts.

One little negative point would be the lack of an elevator but this is normal for most buildings in old town. At check-in the host helped bring the luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Pas interessant ,pas fonctionnel pour un séjour court durée

La localisation La modernitédu logement

Difficile d'accès à cause de beaucoup de marches pour accéder a l'entrée de la résidence et aussi pour accéder à l'étage. Clé de la porte semblable à une clé de chambre (pas sécurisé),le logement était très brouillant, Le studio n'était pas de tout fonctionnel ,car il n'y avait pas les chaises pour s'assoire, pas suffisamment d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine 3 fourchettes 3 couteaux 3 cuillères et un casseroles 3 verres,3 assiettes,évacuation de la douche ne foncntionne pas. Par contre il y avais bcp de coussin, c'était plutôt un showroom,pour décorer la photo de location,pas de tout fonctionnel et pas intéressant pour un séjour court durée. Pas de plage interessant à côté.

Studioul este frumos amenajat si echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Este situat in centru, aproape de magazine, taverne si obiective.

Studioul nu este izolat fonic prea bine, se aude orice zgomot atat de la vecini, cat si de pe scară si de pe strada. De asemenea, este foarte greu cu locurile de parcare in zonă, cele mai apropiate locuri de parcare fiind la cateva sute de metri distanță.

Emplacement exceptionnel dans la vieille ville et à proximité de tout.

Dans la douche, une étagère pour déposer le savon serait appréciable. Les nombreuses fientes des hirondelles rendent le balcon impraticable.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Apartment

Ist schick eingerichtet, alles da, schöner Blick, der Balkon liegt allerdings ab nachmittags im Schatten. Gut im Sommer, im Mai war es draußen sehr frisch. Sehr nett war, dass es zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser gab.

Die Check-Out Zeit ist um 10 Uhr, das ist mir im Urlaub zu früh. In Hotels ist es um 12, da kann man in Ruhe frühstücken und packen. Die Agentur hat ein relativ viel Alarm gemacht, wir sollten schon früh einchecken und bekamen immer wieder Aufforderungen. Es war aber lange nicht klar, wann unsere Fähre geht und wann wir ankommen. Dann haben sich noch drei verschiedene Hosts gemeldet, aber sonst war alles sehr gut! Alles wurde gut erklärt und Fragen sofort beantwortet.
