Beautiful place, well maintained, spotless, comfortable and in the best location.

The room was small but perfectly formed and very tastefully decorated. The bed was really comfortable and having a fridge with complimentary water and juice was particularly welcome after a long journey in the heat. The location is perfect for getting around Corfu Town, within easy walking distance of everything. I highly recommend this place.

Very steep stairs to the room which were hard to navigate with big suitcases. Also plug socket next to the bed was hanging out so couldn’t be used. Bed very very soft.

Great central location

Lovely sized room, with a very comfortable bed. The host was very accommodating and showed us around. Very central to the town, so very easy to keep to and from the restaurants and the landmarks in the area.

Could hear every footstep in the room above, but this isn't a slight to the host, just the people who were very heavy footed whilst we were staying.

Perfect place in the old town

Casa Verde was a lovely place to stay in the old town of Corfu Town. It's in a quiet location but near everything with many cafes, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Iris studio was very comfortable with lots of nice touches in the room like water and juice in the fridge, biscuits and tea and coffee plus a smart TV with Netflix etc. The roof terrace was a really lovely place to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Also the hosts Tina and Marilena were lovely and very kind, I was ill when I arrived in Corfu and they arranged an early check in which I really appreciated.

The perfect week!

The location is absolutely fantastic! Just a short walk to the beautiful quiet beach at the bottom of the road we swam every morning, it was glorious! Dinos the host is fantastic, as are his lovely team. The villa is beautiful with lots of different seating areas and plenty of room for our family of 12. Dinos arranged a boat trip for us which was the highlight of our stay. Easy walks into Dassia with some lovely restaurants, especially on the beach with incredible views. We just LOVED the villa.

Great location on the edge of the old town. We were sent detailed directions with photos of how to find the property which was very helpful. Easy walking distance to many attractions. We walked from the port- a good 20 minutes, but achievable.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable stay

Everything was incredibly beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Water, coffee, and cookies were included in the stay, and the room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The bed was amazingly comfortable and large, and even the sofa was great to relax on. There was also a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, which made evenings extra enjoyable. We had access to a kitchen with a full set of dishes, plus a sandwich maker — perfect for preparing breakfast or a quick snack. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted and shown to our room, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, a perfect place to stay — highly recommended!

The only small downside was that the location was a bit tricky to find at first, since the hotel is located in the old town with narrow streets — but the host kindly sent us photo instructions, which helped a lot.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean room. The terrace was private and quiet and a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee. The location was exactly what we were hoping for. The communication from the host was amazing, we had no problems at all finding Casa Verde and we were greeted upon arriving which was lovely.

The room looked inviting, was clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Host was immediately responsive to all points of engagement about noise from room above.

We could hear the people above our room walking around until 2am.

Comfortable accommodation in the center of the old town of Corfu

Tina, who manages the property, is very helpful and the staff at the property is nice. We were allowed to move into the apartment early and after the night we could leave our luggage until the evening.

There was a minor mistake with the reservation but Tina resolved it perfectly.

An accident waiting to happen

Casa Verde is clean, recently decorated and in a pretty part of the town. We really wish we could say we loved our stay there and so easily could have with a little help from the hosts. See below.

Casa Verde is clean and pretty and we would have loved it except for four unfortunate things the owners could so easily put right: 1. There is a step leading from bathroom to bedroom which is almost impossible to see - it is all in beige linoleum with no colour contrast. We each fell on it and my partner hurt himself quite badly. He is bruised but nothing broken. Someone could easily break a bone. Going to the loo in the middle of the night be especially aware! The step urgently needs a colour contrast for the safety of guests. 2. The details of the location were sent to us in Greek script. We are British. To put the address into our satnav we needed it in English script. The taxi driver dropped us the bottom of many steps leading to Casa Verde and punched the address for us into our Satnav. It was a long climb with our suitcases. Exhausting. We later discovered he could have dropped us at a point with easier access with less steps. This should be explained in the hosts’ location information. 3. We would like an apology and a refund from the hosts and we have given them the opportunity to make a gesture before writing this review, but they have responded defensively. 4. Much less importantly, the television control is set at low volume - difficult to hear.

Nice stay in old town Corfu

Located in the heart of the old town, a 30 min walk to the ferry terminal (we took a taxi because of the rain on the day we left for Sarandë). We stayed two nights in "Iris." The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. The terrace is very nice for morning coffee. The wifi is good, and TV works for streaming.

Quite cozy (smallish), but very livable. Up two flights of stairs with a view of the old town street below as a payoff.

Casa Verde is without fault from its location to the facilities. Excellent communication was received from the host, as was a friendly greeting upon arrival. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wishes for an excellent stay in Corfu to choose Casa Verde.
