La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, in pieno centro storico e al secondo piano. Il letto è confortevole e abbiamo riposato bene. L’aria condizionata sicuramente un plus
Il check in e check out è completamente automizzato e assistito da intelligenza artificiale: non è mai stato possibile contattare direttamente l’host della struttura e il check in online è stato parecchio laborioso e non privo di difetti (non è stato possibile caricare i documenti sul modulo del check in) Gli asciugamani perdevano pezzi/pelucchi quando ci si asciugava. I fornelli a gas non funzionavano: il gas fuoriusciva ma mancava la scintilla per far partire la fiamma, però non essendoci un accendino siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare il microonde. Nella camera da letto era impossibile oscurare la finestra: le tende non bastavano a coprire la luce e le tapparelle/oscuranti non erano presenti.
