Clean, cosy and modern with a real seaside vibe.
Super comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything right on the doorstep…. Shops, restaurants and the beach.
The outside area isn’t the best as it’s a very narrow lane where people walk by if you want to sit outside. It didn’t really bother us much and the rest of the accommodation and proximity to the seafront and high street made up for that.

The location is perfect, in a quiet lane but very close to the shops and the sea front. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The little seating area at the front is lovely and catches the morning sun. We had no trouble parking even though it was a busy weekend - just be prepared to walk for a few minutes to get to the cottage.
The party wall has inadequate soundproofing and noise from the cottage next door was an issue. The bathroom sink is tiny and awkward to use. It took us a while to find the cottage because the numbering in Barchams Yard is a bit random. It's on the West Cliff side rather than the High Street side of Barchams Yard.
