Bon Ton Villa by Betterplace

Villa was great. Big rooms, large living spaces and outdoor area with a generous sized pool. Location is perfect.

Too many different communications services.

Property facilities were amazing better then expected, and yeni, Dwiki and maya were extremely comforting and helpful Would absolutely recommended for large groups

Great customer service and responsive, massive living space for a big family to spend time together, massive projector screen with a decent projector, spacious ensuite rooms, good sized private pool, good location with access to many cafes/restaurants, close to the beach and access to gym facilities.

Gym equipments could do with a refresh as some were rusty (eg. dumb bells), washing machine wasn't working but it was swiftly attended by the staff, one of the rooms had windows without blinds/curtains so the room got really bright very early in the morning and the kitchen tap had a leak so the kitchen island top occasionally had water accumulating.

Great location and hard to find a property this size for larger groups in Canggu. Kids enjoyed the bunk room and gym. The pool is fabulous and large, and outdoor areas are great for relaxing. Great dining nearby so skip the overpriced breakfast offered by the hosts and head out to the street.

This villa is not to the standard of similarly priced villas in other parts of Bali. It has areas of damage as highlighted in earlier reviews, and the decor and technology needs an update. The kitchen had minimal glassware and we were charged 10nzd for a single broken glass despite having paid $$$ to stay for the week. Construction in the building behind was disruptive at times. Concrete cutting was occurring most mornings with concrete dust coming into the pool area on some occasions. While the gym had some great equipment, there is no air-conditioning, only fans.
