Great studio stay!

Really modern and clean and great location

Door passcode barely worked, had to get it reset almost everytime we came back to the villa which was really annoying. Villa is quite small

The location was good and the staff were nice.

Honestly, this place was such a letdown. It felt super run-down and cheaply thrown together everything was breaking or falling apart. The pool was empty and broken, tiles were cracked, and the floor outside was so uneven that the chair actually tipped into the empty pool with my boyfriend sitting on it. He hit his head on the wall, and I ended up cutting my foot on the stairs. The staff were really sweet, but they said they’re only allowed to change the sheets and towels every three days. Even then, the “fresh” towels were still stained. For how much they charge, it’s ridiculous the place is tiny, unfinished, and just feels rushed. Oh and the bed was awful The owner clearly skipped the “care about guests” part and went straight for the “take the money and run” business model.

Great service great staff. Don’t stay in townhouse 4

The staff were great and very attentive and prompt. Full kitchen with everything you need.

For over $1600aud for 5 nights I would have expected clean towels. Not once was I given clean towels in that time. Also townhouse 4 master ensuite had the most horrible septic smell in it that made the whole townhouse smell. I asked my neighbours if their room smelt and it did not. On top of that no one tells you that there is construction going on until you get there which blocks out almost all the natural direct sunlight.

Wonderful Canggu oasis that felt homey

Property was spacious for 6, rooms were huge and we loved the pool. Staff was always super responsive via whatsapp and very accommodating. Location was walkable to most things that we wanted to see. Property felt safe and had good security.

We stayed at the villa during the rainy season. Our room drywall was flaking off and clearly had quite severe water damage.

Alex Villas was an incredible place to stay. We will be back!

Although located in a great spot right near the main road, restaurants and activities, it was so quiet and easy to relax and sleep when in the villa. The accomodation itself looked amazing, it was clean and well maintained. The projector TV was a great bonus and nothing I’ve seen before. The pin access to the room was also an excellent feature! No need to worry about losing a key and we could return home at different times if we wanted.

Вежливые специалисты ресепшен, распечатали билеты на самолет по моей просьбе. Вилла довольно новая, вернее, это комплекс вилл. Есть парковка под шлагбаумом, есть небольшой бассейн с лежаками, но мы не пользовались. Есть кухня, кондиционеры на обоих этажах + вентилятор. Есть посуда и техника на кухне, но мы ни разу не готовили.

Плохая уборка. У нас след от обуви 4 дня продержался в санузле на 1 этаже - то есть полы не мыли ни разу. Предоставляют только одно полотенце на человека, я еле выпросила полотенца для рук и одно большое дополнительно. Полотенца за 4 дня не по меняли ни разу, даже если оно грязное в пятнах лежало на полу, его вешали на вешалку обратно. Очень грязная вода в уличном джакузи, ее точно не меняют и не моют перед новыми гостями. Мы ни разу не воспользовались - противно было. В соседних виллах (а с ними общие стены) гости могут по ночам очень громко слушать музыку, и охрана/ресепшн ничего не предпринимают. Две ночи приходилось спать в берушах из-за этого.
