The perfect place to relax, unwind and be pampered.

We stayed as a group for a special occasion and it exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional-friendly, calm and incredibly capable and they made everything feel easy. The food and drinks were genuinely top-tier (amazing breakfasts, great dinners and cocktails) and the villa itself is stunning, spotless and very comfortable. It's also in a great spot in Berawa, so you can dip out to the best places nearby, but you will mostly want to stay in. Perfect for a celebration because it's private, spacious and the team can make it feel very special.

Next level experience

I don’t normally write reviews but this place is different. For a start it’s not a normal villa. It’s more like one of those boutique design hotels where the rooms are $500+ a night. The rooms are stunning, with incredibly comfortable beds, and the service is beyond amazing. Smiling staff waft into view moments after you press a button or send a WhatsApp, bring you something delicious and then disappear, so it’s not like there are people hovering around watching you make your way through the cocktail list (which are all top notch btw). The combination of privacy and instant service really works. The whole team was incredibly friendly and really made us feel at home (shout out to Ketut and Made!) The food is better than most hotels, we ended up eating at the villa most of the time the food was so good. There are all sorts of cool bits of tech, like the drinkable tap water, cinema room with bone shaking surround sound, electric blinds etc. For the experience you get it’s insanely good value. They showed me some videos of the parties they’ve put on. I’m already planning my 50th here 🤣

The best villa we’ve ever stayed in. It’s like having your own 5-star boutique hotel — only better.

Exceptional stay! We booked Kasianda House for a family celebration and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. The villa feels like a private resort — there’s space for everyone, yet it still feels warm and personal. The staff were incredible: four chefs, mixologists, and butlers who looked after us as if we were family. Every meal felt like dining in a top restaurant, from breakfast by the pool to candlelit dinners with cocktails. The layout is perfect for families — the kids could move safely between rooms without going outdoors, and the pool fencing gave us real peace of mind. The cinema room and kids club were a big hit, and having nannies on site meant the adults could relax properly for once! Location-wise, you can walk to Berawa’s best restaurants, cafés, and shops — but honestly, we barely left the villa because everything we wanted was right there.

It’s rare to find a place that works equally well for families, friends, and celebrations, but Kasianda really does.

Absolutely stunning, enormous property. Delicious food. Incredible service.

We weren’t sure what to expect from a ‘private resort’, but Kasianda exceeded our expectations on every level. We usually stay at the Four Seasons when we visit Bali, but we wanted to stay in Berawa this time - and we loved the location, with so much within walking distance. The restaurant-style menus are extensive, the quality of the food and cocktails was truly excellent (and outstanding value), and the service goes way beyond anything you’d get at a 5 star hotel. Think private jet versus first class. We had 3 children in our group, and the childcare and kid’s entertainment provided by Kasianda was next level - they even set up a treasure hunt with red jewels hidden throughout the garden! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. We literally couldn’t have asked for more, and the space is even more beautiful than the photos.
