Outside you will benefit from the private pool, terrace and large garden, all south facing, whilst being within walking distance of the village with its two restaurants, boulangerie and small grocers shop.

The front door opens into a hallway and in turn leads to:
* a spacious and light living room, with windows to three sides. A comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and an enclosed fireplace provides a perfect spot for relaxing.
- a second sitting area with a large sofa and coffee table is the ideal spot for an aperatif!
- a dining area with round table and chairs is set in fornt of a large french window frames with a view over the pool and garden.
- A fully fitted, open plan kitchen, comprising gas stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a large range of crockery and glassware.
* A beautiful dining room is separated from the living room by an industrial style window, and has a french door also opening onto the terrace, and overlooking the pool. A wooden dining table and chairs seats up to 8 people.
