**Authentic Stay in the Dordogne: Renovated Gîte with Private Access to the River**
**Description of the Accommodation**
Treat yourself to an unforgettable getaway in our cosy gîte, set in a completely renovated nineteenth-century farmhouse. Located on an 8,000 m² plot bordered by the Céou river, this accommodation offers a total immersion in nature. 🌿
- **Sleeps**: 10 to 12 people with 6 double beds spread over 5 bedrooms.
- 4 bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a private shower room and toilet.
- 1 bedroom upstairs.
- One bedroom has a classic double bed in 140 cm and a mezzanine with a double bed in 140 cm, ideal for children or teenagers.
- **Bathroom**: Spacious stone bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
- **Kitchen**: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, tea pot, crockery and cooking utensils).
- Mezzanine set up as a reading corner and play area for all ages.
- Living/dining room with working wood stove, Smart TV
