This expansive holiday home in Thédirac is a dream escape for large families or groups of up to 10 guests. With 5 cozy bedrooms and sweeping views over woods and fields, it offers both comfort and charm just 150 meters from the village center. The front garden features a well-furnished terrace with a parasol, while the private swimming pool and sun loungers invite you to soak up the sunshine in style.
The location is ideal for exploring the Lot region’s treasures. You’re nestled between Cahors (20 km), famed for its Gothic Pont Valentré and wine estates, and Gourdon (25 km), a medieval gem with 13th–16th century architecture. Day trips to Grottes du Pech Merle (44 km), St. Cirq-Lapopie (50 km), and Château de Cénevières (60 km) offer cultural richness, while Catus (7 km) provides a lake with canoe and pedal boat rentals for outdoor fun.

Super villa prachtig gelegen zeer rustig Alles aanwezig wel zeer warme periode misten wel airco op de kamer voor de Kids living en keuken koel genoeg Buitenkeuken een must Wel kwa netheid op zijn Frans kan wa beter maar beddengoed ok Erg van genoten!!!!!!

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures and is in a beautiful setting however we had been led to believe that the lady who owns the house could speak English. On arrival she said she could speak very little English but insisted on rambling on to us in French which we couldn't understand. She seemed very adamant about certain things particularly showing how little money she received from Belvilla for our booking. That is not want to hear about when you are about to start a much looked forward to holiday! She mentioned about the cleaning but we could not understand everything. On our last day we spent 2 hours sweeping, dusting washing the towels etc but when the lady turned up she ranted and raved at us and swore at us implying it was dirty. We felt we had left it cleaner than when we arrived. She totally ruined ant nice memories we had of our stay at the villa and would certainly not recommend anyone going there!!!!
