Its small, walled garden offers a private swimming pool, terrace and balcony.
With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers quality and very comfortable accommodation for two couples or a small family, just a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions of the Périgord Noir.

With a total surface area of 120m², the house is organized on three levels and offers on the first floor:
* A superb living room distributing:
- a lounge area with two comfortable sofas and armchairs elegantly arranged around the fireplace; A flat-screen TV, coffee table, and lamps. A large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) allows you to cook all the delicious local Périgord produce purchased at the nearby markets. A beautiful wooden table and six chairs allow you to dine indoors. The elegant staircase leads to the first floor where you will find: A lovely bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe, opening onto a French door and a balcony.
* A second bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 2m)
* A beautiful bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, toilet and sink
* The third bedroom is located on the second floor, under the eaves, and offers a large double bed (140cm), wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps.
