- The lounge is modern with 2 comfortable sofas and a plasma TV. Spacious and bright, with big windows and lots of air.
- There is a wonderful dining space with seats for 4 guests. An open-plan modern kitchen contains all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied.
- There are two bedrooms:
En-suite master bedroom with double bed
Double bedroom with guest bathroom
All bedrooms are bright and airy with lots of storage space. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators.
- In both bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note

- facilities need to be booked in advance/no guarantee they can be used during the stay if not booked
- no parties or loud music at any time
- only the confirmed number of guests allowed
- damage/theft will be taken from the deposit
- CCTV on all premises

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.

If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
