The apartment is light and modern and has a lovely outlook from the main room of the trees, with birds and squirrels. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, very clean, comfortable beds and double glazed at the front to keep noise of the main road down. Excellent location for public transport into the city, large supermarket 10mins walk away.

The smell in the corridor outside the flat, worse because of the hot weather, the owner did respond quickly to our concerns though. The entry and internal area of the building is quite unkempt, would be easy to tidy up the gardens. Lack of fans in the main room, lock on bathroom door requires fixing A welcome brochure explaining how to put out the bins etc would help with ease of stay.

Niente, forse si può pensare di aggiungere l’aria condizionata x renderla ancora più top!

Lovely open plan kitchen/living area with lots of natural light. Kids books and games which were a lovely touch.

Roller blind missing from the smaller window in large bedroom which lets light in early hours. Roller blind in one of smaller room doesn’t fully cover the window when rolled down, which lets light in early hours. Issues with the building, which aren’t under the control of the owner - the lift is a concern, door sticks and generally feel unreliable. Upon arrival we were greeted with vomit outside the lift - out of the control of the power of course. A smell of body odour in the corridors. Lots of weeds outside which doesn’t look inviting upon arrival.

Todo. La luz, es muy espacioso, los electrodomésticos. La bañera. Los armarios. Nos ha encantado.

Es una pena que el pasillo del tercer piso huela tan mal. No se nota dentro de la casa. Yo cambiaría el sofá, no está acorde al resto de la casa. Y quizá pondría una tele en otra habitación.
