The apartment is conveniently located in a small and quiet street (relatively to London), 5 minutes walk from the Vauxhall train and tube and bus station. You can easily also walk to Westminster in some 30 minutes. It contains all you can think needing, from supply of paper toilet and soap to even electric adapters to plug in your EU appliances in the unique UK power plugs. It is very clean and comfortable, and we were not disturbed by any noise during our 1-week stay (of course, you can still hear planes and a bit of traffic). The management of the apartment is amazing: very responsive and kind whatsapp communication, a kind person waiting for us at the apartment for check-in and providing all useful information. We could even postpone a bit the check-out and leave thus our luggage a bit longer although cleaning was needed for the next visitors. We were really very happy with this apartment and we wish to thank the managers! Very recommended.

Frankly, nothing.

The property is in a fabulous location. On a quiet leafy street with a great cafe around the corner. There is a tube station and supermarkets close by and a 5 minutes walk takes you to the embankment with a lovely walk to Big Ben etc. The inside of the property is clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It is a light and pleasant place to stay.

The sofa was a bit worse for wear and there was really only seating (comfortably) for 3 in the lounge area. However this did not detract from our stay and everything else was in excellent condition.

It was a centrally located residence with decent amenities for the price. It was neat and tidy.

The heating was not working properly, the nest thermostat was locked and temperature was set to 21 which made the house uncomfortably cold for us. Even after reaching host many times, we couldn’t get the issue resolved and had unpleasant sleep for 3 days. It’s pity that management company was not able to assist in any way.
