About this house rental
La Bergerie is part of the Baconnerie farm, which is located in Ste Marguerite d'Elle, not far from the landing beaches, on a 3,500 m² plot. The farm is made up of four independent character houses. With an enclosed garden, certified by Gîtes de France (3 épis) and 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, and a reception room (La Bergerie with 4 bedrooms and 9 beds, La Laiterie with 5 bedrooms and 11 beds, La Charetterie with 5 bedrooms and 10 beds, La Cidrerie with 7 bedrooms and 14 beds): a total of 44 beds. The reception room (L'Étable) is certified for 50 seated guests.
La BERGERIE (Gîtes de France Calvados no. 2976) is a large, restored and furnished 4-bedroom stone house, detached, with an enclosed garden, barbecue, and garden furniture, Wi-Fi, and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A large, private, enclosed adjoining meadow is converted into a playground. A communal sports field is 150 m away (boules, basketball, etc.).
Rental includes all utilities (water, electricity*).
Housekeeping Bed linens included.
Towels: €5 per person.
Beds are equipped with protectors, sheets, and duvets with covers.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the SHEEPFOLD
• Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, sofa, armchairs, walk-in shower room, WC. One double bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (140 cm bed).
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, one bedroom with two single beds, shower room, WC.
• Attic: one bedroom with three single beds accessible from a room on the first floor.
Note: * Included from May 15th to October 15th. During other periods: 8 kWh free per night and the supplement will be charged at €0.275 per kwh.
