LA CHARETTERIE at the Baconnerie farm
Gîte approved by Gite de France (3 épis) for 10 people; 5 bedrooms, large living room, lounge, open-plan kitchen, two shower rooms with WC, and Wi-Fi.
The gîte is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor: large living room, lounge with TV and DVD, open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, built-in oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and tumble dryer. 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, walk-in shower room with raised toilet. Baby equipment (high chair, changing table, cot), and Wi-Fi.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, 2 with two 90 cm single beds (which can be pushed together), and a shower room with WC.
On the second floor (attic): 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. Electric convector heating (well-insulated cottage).
Rental includes all utilities (water, electricity*).
Cleaning and linens are included.
Towels are provided: €5 per person.
Beds are equipped with protectors, sheets, and duvets with covers.
Note: * Electricity included from May 15th to October 15th. During other periods: 8 kWh per night is free, with a supplement of €0.275 per kWh.
On the same 3,500 m² site, there are three other independent cottages that can accommodate a total of 44 people, and a reception room with 50 seats.
