We stayed here over 4th of July weekend to visit with our daughter and send our son off to his new job in CA. Close to airport and lots to see and visit within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and spacious and Sam was great with communication. Will definitely stay again when visiting the city!

We stayed at Sam’s apartment for our visit for my daughter’s graduation from UPenn. I chose it because it was close to Reading Market and it just looked like a great spot. I liked the pictures. When we arrived, it was a very unexpected experience. The building was tucked between some restaurant/bars. The inside was very nice. The apartment was huge and very clean. Sam was quick to answer any questions we had. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The A/C was amazing! It was very cool in there. There are tons of Chinese restaurants around since it was basically located in China Town. The city noise level was the best we’ve had since we visited Philly periodically to visit my daughter. We would stay again if we ever go back to Philly.
