Only two steps to get inside the building and apartment with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Located just less than a mile away from Center City. Apartment was clean and nicely maintained. Finding location was a little difficult due to construction but Gladys was very helpful when contacted regarding directions and parking information.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything we needed was there in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was good for easy ride share pickups. Gladys was great with communicating. We had zero issues. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hallway was cluttered with pages and mail, not at all inviting. And, while the place was relatively clean, the two bedrooms in the lower level felt like living in a basement you reconstructed for your kids…did not meet expectations from online description. It served the purpose, but would look elsewhere.
