Apartmint at 242 S 17th St Philadelphia

We stayed at the property for 2 nights while we were in Philadelphia for Phillies games. The apartment is in a great location and a perfect place to walk the downtown area. Shopping, food, bars etc are all close and convenient. The walk to the subway was easy - a straight shot maybe 4 or 5 blocks to Broad St to take the train to the game. Check in was easy with an online portal that also controlled the locks, and the owner was responsive to any messages. The apartment itself was small but with 2 separate BRs and a kitchen area with a fridge, sink, etc, it was perfect for what we needed. A previous review said the air didn't work but it was in the 90s outside and the apartment was very cool and comfortable. No issues with the AC. The water pressure was also commented on but it was fine.. I have had worse experiences in hotels and was not an issue for us. For the price the apartment was great and we would love to stay there again. The only negative imo was parking. No street parking and the closest lots were kind of sketchy so we parked on a deck on Market St. There may be a closer deck but I parked at a deck we used previously.. it's a 10 min walk to the apartment and since we didn't need a car during the stay it was fine. Overall it was a great little place to stay and if available we will stay there again.
