Stone house, 3bed, 6pers, fenced garden and swimming pool in the heart of Périgord Noir

La Maison De Jade is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the Vézère valley and the Dordogne valley, close to all the historical and prehistoric sites of the Region. It is located in a typical and peaceful hamlet less than a kilometre from the town centre. You will find a bakery and a weekly farmers' market.

This golden stone house from the Périgord is in the center of the Golden Triangle (15min from Sarlat, 7min from Les Eyzies and 30min from Montignac-Lascaux) it will bring you all the comfort you need for your stay.PGJyPg
A private parking lot is just in front of the enclosure of the house.
This is composed of:
# of a fully enclosed inner courtyard with above ground swimming pool (1m20 deep), an electric plancha, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a dining table for 6 people.
# The House:
- On the first floor, main room in exposed stone with equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster), living room with wood stove and dining room.
- A bedroom on the first floor with Queen-Size bed (160x200), dresser, shelf, fan and direct access to the outside.
- A toilet
- A bathroom (shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit)
- Upstairs, a very large bedroom with its magnificent exposed beams, a Quenn-Size bed (160x200), a dressing room and air conditioning.
- A large room adjoining a large room inviting relaxation

# The annex:
- On the first floor, and overlooking the inner courtyard, a room dedicated to quiet time with TV, sofa, board games.
- Bathroom with shower. WC, vanity unit and towel dryer.
- Upstairs, a bedroom with Double bed (140x200), dresser, exposed beams and stonework.

Please note that bookings are only made from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum) from June to September inclusive, and 4 nights minimum during the rest of the year. Please contact us for any request of less than 7 nights.

Nature lovers, you will appreciate the many surrounding hiking trails as well as the small country roads for your bike rides.
You will find yourself in the middle of all the tourist sites that make the Périgord famous.
